【摘要】:1.1OverviewThecalculationmethodologyfollowstheframeworksetoutintheAnnextotheEPBD1.ThevariousstandardsusedinthisprocessarelistedinAnnexA.Manyofthestandardsdealwithspecificaspectsofthecalculation(e.g.fabriclosses,airchanges,energyuseforlighting,systemperformance):theseaspectsaredrawntogetherinthefollowingitems:ThemaingoalofthesestandardsistofacilitatetheimplementationoftheDirectiveinMemberStates.Inconsequencetheydonotprescribeasingledefinitionofenergyratingortheexpressionofenergyperformance,butrathergivealimitednumberofoptions.Similarlytheitemsoninspectionsoffervariouslevelsofinspection.Itisuptonationalbodiestoselectoneormoreoftheoptionsgiven,dependingonthepurposeofthecalculationandthetypeandcomplexityofthebuildingsandtheirservices.ThefourmaincomponentssetoutintheDirectiverelateto:?calculationmethodology;?minimumenergyperformancerequirements;?energyperformancecertificate;?inspectionsofboilersandair-conditioning.Figure1illustrateshowthestandardsarerelatedtoarticlesoftheEPBDdefiningtheserequirements.1.2CalculationmethodologyThestandardsprovidingthecalculationmethodologyareindicatedinFigure1,eitherexplicitlyorbyreferencetoAnnexA.Thecalculationmethodologyisusedtodeterminethedataforenergycertificates.ENISO13790allowsfordifferentlevelsofcomplexity:?simplifiedmonthlyorseasonalcalculation;?simplifiedhourlycalculation;?detailedcalculation,whichcanbechosenaccordingtorelevantcriteriarelatedtothepurposeofthecalculation,suchasneworexistingbuildingsortypeand/orcomplexityofthebuildinganditsservices.Thecalculationsarebasedonspecifiedboundaryconditionsofindoorclimate(EN15251)andexternalclimate.ThesimplifiedcalculationmethodsarefullyspecifiedintheENISO13790.ThedetailedcalculationmethodsarenotfullyspecifiedinENISO13790,butanyimplementationneedstobevalidatedaccordingtothecriteriainEN15265andtheinputandboundaryconditionsaretobeconsistentwiththefullyspecifiedmethods.Zoningarrangements(applicabletoallcalculationmethods)aredescribedinENISO13790.Thecharacteristicsofthetechnicalbuildingsystemsareincludedvia:?heatingsystems,EN15316-1,EN15316-2-1,EN15316-2-3,EN15316-4(variousparts)andEN15377;?coolingsystems,EN15243;?domestichotwater,EN15316-3(variousparts);?ventilation,EN15241;?lighting,EN15193;?integratedbuildingautomationandcontrols,EN15232.
