【摘要】:ThisCodeprovidesdirectionsandrulesforconductingandreportingperformancetestsofwater-cooled,steamsurfacecondensers,hereafterreferredtoascondensers.TheCodeprovidesexplicittestprocedurestoyieldresultsofthehighestlevelofaccuracyconsistentwiththebestengineeringknowledgeandpracticecurrentlyavailable.ThemainpurposeofthisCodeistoproviderulesforperformingcondenseracceptancetests.Italsoprovidesguidelinesfortheroutineperformanceevaluationofcondensers.Theacceptancetestcanbeusedtodeterminecompliancewithcontractualobligationsandcanbeincorporatedintocommercialagreements.ThetestshallbeconsideredanASMECodeTestonlyifthetestprocedurescomplywiththosedetailedrecommendationsinthisCodeandthatthepretestandpost-testuncertaintyanalysiscomplieswithSubsections1.3and5.4.Thefourmeasuresofperformanceare;theabsolutepressuremaintainedbythecondenser,oritsprojecteddesignpressure[withanuncertaintyof+/-0.12in.Hg.],theextentofcondensatesubcooling[+/10.2鳩],theamountofdissolvedoxygen[+/1.0ppb]andthetubesidepressuredrop[withanuncertainyof+/12%].
